We happily take on bespoke commissions and can adjust any of the products including size and wood type. Please contact us for more information.

2. Lead times

Most of our items have an indicative lead time displayed on their individual product pages. We usually have most of the smaller items in stock but the larger pieces are made to order. If you have a deadline in which you need a product by please contact us and we will do our best to organise it.

3. How to place an order

Please order any of our collection pieces through our website shop. For bespoke pieces please contact us for more information.

4. Shipping

For UK shipping, the costs and timings are displayed on the individual product pages. For bespoke items please contact us to find out more.
For international shipping please contact us to find out prices and timings.

5. Returns and refunds

If you need to return an item please contact us and send the item back within two weeks in its original condition so we can organise a refund. If your item arrives damaged please let us know immediately and we will organise a replacement.
We cannot refund bespoke items.

6. Furniture care

We use an oil which is safe for humans, animals and plants, and is based on natural plant oils and waxes. For cleaning we recommend Osmo Spray Cleaner. For anything else please contact us and we can advise you on the best solution.
